Observation

A Staff member is withdrawn and no longer cleared. She was previously cleared without a fingerprint due to the pandemic, and then printing requirement was reinstated. Staff did not know and did not see a letter so it was not completed in a timely manner and her background was withdrawn. A new PBC application is required.
